Shrimp & Mango Tartlets with Spicy Mango Chutney

INGREDIENT QTY UNIT
fresh mango 100 gms
shrimp  50 gms
trio bell pepper roasted 50 gms
onion 25 gms
roasted cumin powder 10 gms
corriander leaves 20 gms
mango chutney 20 gms
spring roll sheet 2 no.
olive oil 10 ml
seasoning to taste
mix lettuce 50 gms
jalapeno 10 gms
lemon 1 no.
mayo 0.30 ml

This dish consists of olive oil - sautéed shrimps cooked with fresh mango, cumin, coriander; flavoured with red chilli and finally topped with spicy mango chutney.
